1. Support of measures for the city to upgrade sewage treatment facilities to meet or exceed current standards.
2. Support of provision of safe water to consumers at lowest cost by Portsmouth water system; support of efforts by the system to inform/educate consumers about water quality on a continuing, as well as on an emergency basis; support of development of short-term and/or long-term plans to upgrade the treatment and distribution process.
3. Support of local recreation facilities and programs for youth.
4. Support of four-year staggered terms for Portsmouth City council persons, salary increases for council persons, and an uneven number of same.
5. Support of better quality of education for Portsmouth area public schools, with emphasis on good relationships among administration, school personnel and parents.
6. Support of the City Manager form of government for the City of Portsmouth. (updated 2004)
